Mobile Voice Traffic - 1Q21 Eastern Europe
This monitoring service provides information on the volume of voice traffic originating and/or terminating on the mobile network. Furthermore, keeping up with InfoCom's constant endeavour to improve the service, the same figures are now provided for one important player in each market so as to see the market share.

Periodic lockdowns persisted in most Eastern European markets (e.g. curfew hours during nationwide lockdown in Slovenia, etc) which continued to push the demand for telco services, especially on mobile voice.
As per InfoCom's monitoring for 1Q21, mobile voice usage in the region continued its growth at more than 7% YoY to 192 average minutes (incoming and outgoing) per user. Still, the limited mobility due to restrictions and various promotions resulted in higher usage levels on mobile voice services during the period.
