In 3Q21, total fixed access lines in the monitored Western European incumbents continued to contract by 2.1% to 92.2m. However, InfoCom observed that the churn rates have been declining for some incumbents due to the increasing uptake of bundled offers that feature fixed telephony and high-speed broadband.
