Over the next few months, more CaTV players are expected to enter the quad play market using similar partnerships and MVNO strategies. Liberty Global, UPC brand owner and pan-European cable operator, plans to launch MVNO services (network operator has not been decided yet) across Europe in 2012 until 2013 aiming to reduce churn through quad play without the significant investments associated with building a mobile network infrastructure.
